Great light, textures and anatomy. It's becoming increasingly hard to fault your work artistically. The main thing I think you need to do now is dive into a lot of real military photography; not so much for reference as to re-calibrate your brain to start thinking about the practicalities of military hardware, which has a robust aesthetic all of its own.
Check out 's stuff. He recently posted a load of links to reference and suchlike in a comment on an upload. I think he rather overdoes it sometimes (I hate to imagine how long it takes his soldiers to get dressed with all those clips), but he uses good reference.
