I had rectonned RoboCop '87 and RoboCop 2014 such that both movies happened.

The original Alex James Murphy (No kidding his middle name is "James") was RoboCop for about 12 years before he was ultimately destroyed in the line of duty, in 1999. OCP wanted to make more RoboCops but couldn't get the right candidates. This proves to be an unreliable way of making product anyway. OCP, barred by law to make human clones, instead scoops up orphan children and reprograms them to be fit the psychological mold to be appropriate candidates for their RoboCop Program. In hindsight this sounds a LOT like the Spartan PRrogram in HALO, but god ideas usually happen anyway.

One of the orphans, by sheer chance, was name Alexander "Alex" Jeremiah Murphey, a typo no one caught until after he was car bombed. While the injuries where not nearly as severe or extensive as the original's, OCP took this opportunity to convert him anyway. One of the things OCP figured out was a major reason the original RoboCop worked and the new works too, for the user and the public, is RoboCop looks like a man in an armored suit, not an inhuman robot.

Between 1987 and 2014, allowing the storyline a real passage of time, several models were tried maybe even something like your design, especially for the ill-fated RoboCop 2 program, in 1990. However, some bodies were retained for their bionics and prosthetic programs and later their drone programs.

Because of a loophole in the laws prohibiting human cloning, which allow cloning of individual body parts and organs, OCP was able to clone human brains and program them to psychologically accept their inhuman bodies function as little more than highly sophisticated computers.

OCP never lets on just how far they have gone to reproduce RoboCop and advance their robotics and cybernization programs. If they did half the free world would be looking to crater OCP.

On the side, as a MARVEL Crossover (MARVEL Comics did own the rights to RoboCop for a while), OCP and ROXXON are rival companies, and RoboCop is a competing product toe  Roxxon's Deathlok program. While more expensive at first, it was ultimately seen as less objectionable to resurrecting dead soldiers. However, Roxon's ambitions won out and OCP got ground under like the rest of the world eventually in most versions of the MARVEL Universe. In those universes, OCP where it was not ground under, usually played a huge role in helping destroy Roxxon Corporation.

Robocop!! :o See, I drop my AK-47!!  Don't shoot, I come peacefully!

Probably the best idea, right? XD That 'bot sure doesn't look like he even bothers to tell you there will be trouble if you don't come quietly before the trouble starts.  Question, is the model without the little red and blue lights on the left side of his chest one without police behavioral limitations?  Anyway, I love the original Robocop- this badass bot seems to be more in the design of the remake, though.  I haven't seen the remake, have you seen it yet Brostavia?  Anyway, great bot man!

I can see this in the actual sequel if ever made; and I think this is superbly done - the mech detail is utterly crisp too :D

Its so well done I can feel the machine closing in with servoes whirring!

Excellent work!

Nice designs, I especially like the head. Is this assuming that we remove the human element completely? (It appears such)

Either way, a cool re-imagining. I would think these type police would recieve more respect than a human, though I think that is unfortunate, at least a robot could not be corrupt or led by its emotions or pride etc, like a human, so maybe thats the best balance eh?

Well done Jonathan. :ahoy:
